Philips 230C1HSB 23"

Does anyone have a Philips 230C1HSB 23" as I'm thinking about buying a couple. Is there anything that would do the job better for around the £150 to £200 mark WITH a glossy screen?

Also, does anyone know if the Philips 230C1HSB 23" has a matte or glossy screen?!
