Philips Car Radio Code Request

Hi everyone

I really hope that i'm not breaking any rules by posting this, I don't think it's an illegal or in any other way a "dodgy" request but my apologies if so.

Ok, in May i'm driving to Spain to raise money for the North West Air Ambulance and I bought a Citroen Xsara 1.9 LX Turbo Diesel estate yesterday for the bargain price of £250. In the passenger footwell was a cassette radio but I can't find the code anywhere in the documentation. I have serial numbers on the radio and I believe it is possible to get the code from these if you know what you're doing? Does anybody have the ability to do this and could help me out?

Try unlock forum.
They gave me my Becker radio code after I disconnected the battery.

Brilliant, I posted up on there this morning and i've had a response already with a code for me to try. The chap is from Germany and seems to be well respected on there with 700+ "thanks" from 620 posts so I have high hopes.
