Philips X2HR on PC volume

Hi,

Im after just a tad more volume so I dont have to run at 100% when gaming/music, would be nice to have another 20% on top. I have a X570 MSI Tomahawk and the realtek software doesnt seem to have a headphone gain setting, ive also tried a SB G3 but is same volume as the onboard.

Is there anything I can get which will give me some more headroom ?

There are quite a few potential options, but it would depend on your budget.

I have the same headphones, almost the same motherboard (I have the b550 Tomahawk) - I use a Soundblaster GC7, and if I were to crank it to max I doubt I would be hearing anything ever again....

There are almost certainly better/cheaper non-"gamer" options, but I wanted the chatmix feature the GC7 has.
