Hi, i have just set up this monitor on the stand problem is it doesn’t seem to swivel or go down/up. The manual states it can do both but doesn’t say how to do so.

Any ideas please?

How are you finding the monitor so far, OP? I was shocked when I saw it for £500 a few weeks ago. By far the cheapest 360hz 1440p OLED.

I have the PHILIPS Evnia 34M2C6500 (OLED) and it's grand tbh, Philips are releasing some amazing stuff in this zone on the cheap compared to bigger names.

It does have a quick cycle every four hours to protect the screen, but I don't really mind that personally. It's also something that might be fixed with firmware down the line, but then any panel of that level is going to be doing the same thing.

Yea, their pricing has really caught my eye. Does that cycle interrupt whatever you are doing?

I have the Dell AW3225QF and i think it does it every 4 hrs, but it will not interrupt you. So if you have it on for 8 hours, it will simply do the cycle when you turn it off.

Not that I've noticed, you can pretty much ignore it when it happens as it's more of a suggestion but must be cycled at least every 10-15 hours. The recommended is fewer, but a lot of newer screens offer burn in protection too and the actual "refresh" is about 5 minutes.

It's honestly not an issue for me as I'm not glued to my screen and can happily bugger off for half an hour to make a cup of tea and do other things, it rarely occurs when I'm really doing anything.

It basically needs to be constant screen on time, if you're back and forth and set windows to shut your monitor down when you're away after a good few minutes you're not going to have to deal with many problems.
