Phone call from '0301' ???

Probably one of those call centre bawbags but 1471 revealed the number to be simply 0301.

Quick google search yielded no clues.

Does anyone here know who it is?

I did a google and apparently 0301 is a number associated with a debt collecting firm?

is 030 not just a new low rate number? dvla is 030

I think he means the number, in full was simply "0301".
