Phone crashing with one sim card, but not another

Ok, my phone has a seriously weird problem, i've had an Easymobile sim in my s700i for about 7 months now and its worked fine. Last night i tried putting in my orange sim card to see if it still worked, it did, so then i replaced my easymobile sim only to find that after about 15 seconds of the phone being on, it doesn't respond. If i make a call in the first 15 seconds i can talk and hear the person fine, but the phone just doesn't respond if i want to hang up or summit.

I have tried putting the orange sim card back in and it works 100% fine. Also my easymobile sim works 100% fine in another phone? any ideas guys?!

Fixed it now. Thanks for your reply though. Yeah i could make calls on orange sim and texts, totally normal, but easymobile sim caused it to crash. In the end i called Sony Ericsson customer services and they suggested i do a master reset, and it fixed it!
