Phone has bust - warranty?

Hi,

I have a Samsung E250 and the bottoms that are used to navigate through the menu system have all of a sudden broken.

I've had the phone since April 2007 - Bought it from o2 shop. Where do I go for getting this fixed?

Samsung or O2?

I believe the warranty is covered by the manufacturer so you will have to call samsung and see what they will do for you.

The o2 shop would be a good place to start. Go and complain to them and arrange a replacement/repair

I am glad my phone does not have bottoms! I would find it a little disturbing.
