Phone keeps rebooting randomly

I have a OnePlus 8 Pro that has started rebooting every 5-10 minutes sometimes sooner, I have tried the following:

• Switching the phone on and off- No difference
• Wiping the cache by doing the volume down+power button- no difference
• Have booted it in safe mode, 50 minutes so far and no reboot, what could this mean?

It says online to update to the latest software (I'm on Android 11 still), surely if I try an update and the phone reboots midway it could brick my phone?

Could it be one of the apps causing the reboot? Really am scratching my head because I haven't changed anything on my phone in the last 24 hours other than connect to a new wi-fi network
