if your phone line is really bad quality can u get the copper wire replaced with something much better? any one had this done? how much it cost?

It's not the copper that they would replace but other metals less conductive. What is your present situation one thing is certain that they must produce a line that is suitable for voice - is your line noisy?

erm i noisy? ummm i don't think it is..... but a lot of times i cant make out what people say on the phone =/

If there's an issue with the voice quality, try and get that fixed and don't mention the ADSL.

First off, you should make sure it isn't an issue with your own kit: filters, extensions, et al.
