Phone not making/receiving calls o2

Hello,
For some reason my w995i on an o2 contract suddenly stops making/receiving calls. If I attempt a call it just beeps 2 times, if I try and ring my own number it says 'it has not been possible to connect your call'. If I restart the phone it works for a time but then it happens again, same with texts, I restart the phone and suddenly have 2-3 texts straight away.

The phone is showing full signal, does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be? I have never even touched the call divert settings etc

Ive been having problems lately with o2 as well. If i turn off 3G it goes ok...

Put SIM in someone elses phone, if it works then the phone is at fault (likely dead radio - have you ever got it wet?) if the calls don't work it's the SIM/network. Don't ever use your own number for testing, call a landline as this halves the travel over the wireless telco network (which isn't reliable).
