...Trying to get through to ask about the 'my account' page on their site.
Says experiencing a problem try again later. Had the same msg for 3 months now
Since they have started charging for itemised bills they mentioned you can read them online if you like...great but you can't when the site is kaputt!
So if anyone has a number I can actually get through on without waiting on the phone only to get cut off I'd be grateful.
