Lol good luck, When i tryed to RMA my card they wanted me to go to come other place aswell.. this is there email,
I threw the card away as it was a X1600PRO.. on a FX5300 atm till new card comes

Furthermore you are responsible for shipping the card (without any cables or accessories) and all incidental costs to us, we will pay for the return.
