Phone numbers wordpress

I'm trying to improve my first ever website which is made on Word-press.Has any one any tips on how to make phone numbers mobile friendly.

I know the iphone automatically detects phone numbers and makes them 'click to dial'. I would assume Android and BB do the same.

Your best bet would be to use one of the plugins which will make your site much more mobile friendly.

Is any way to make them more more visible as android and Skype are not recognising them is just the mater or how the number is organised or I need some html or a plug-in?

I think this might get it working in Android.
