Phone Recommendations

Morning All,

Currently, I have a Galaxy Note 10+ 5G on the Samsung Upgrade Program, but I'm eager to get off the program and I'm presented with an option to hand the phone back end of the month. The alternative is to upgrade to another Samsung phone or stick with the Note 10.

In all honesty, I just want something cheaper but with the larger screen that is good for watching films etc. Camera-wise, as long as it's not a total potato then I'm really not fussed.. but what devices are out there worthy of looking at? I originally budgeted for a high-end phone, but I don't really want to start spending a lot of money on a monthly basis. Initial thoughts are OnePlus 7T Pro which the 8gb version is available for £569, but is there anything else to consider?

I'd say the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is an obvious choice. However it really depends if you're 100% on retaining a top tier snapdragon processor.

Aside from listening to music, podcasts, watching Youtube, Netflix etc and the occasional call.. I'd guess a top tier processor isn't a necessity.

Unless you're trying to get 120fps in games - I expect you'd never notice any difference.

Yes, I'd say so... just wanting to get something cheaper... it really is overkill for me.

Stick with what you got, nothing else comes close for screen size or match screen quality in the lower budget segment, you are not even going to get a lot of money for the Note, so unless you really don't like it for some other reason, the best phone is the one you have.
