I like Three but the coverage just isn't good enough where I live.

I'm paying £6/m unlimited calls and texts, 10gb and the option for unlimited data for £15/m if I need it.

I'm looking at vodaphone but there doesn't seem to be a top up option.

There's other networks I haven't heard of like Voxi or iD.

Any pointers?

I pay £10/month for unlimited calls and texts and 15GB data with Giffgaff (run on O2 network).

Obviously a bit more than you currently pay and I've not looked into other options recently, but I'm happy with them for now. O2 coverage always seemed to be better than other networks in areas I needed it (including rural areas, where three would have been useless, for example) so I've stuck with their network. Quite possible the others have caught up now though.

Lebara is on vodafone and nearly all their deals start with 6 months half price. No contract either. Recently they did a promo for 12GB for 1p per month for 6 months.
