Hi,
You can get a free unlocking code from Vodafone if you've had the phone for more than 12 months on the network. All you need to do is contact us either on 191 free from a Vodafone pay monthly number, or you can e-mail us using our Vodafone online contact us form here.
If you include the code FIT135 somewhere in the body of your e-mail, this will come to us here in the forum team and we can take a look at your account for you and request a PAC.
