So I went ahead and upgraded my phone via the Carphone Warehouse on Thursday afternoon. Delivery was supposed to be 24 hours, but I've since been informed that it won't be here until this coming Monday. I have no issue with the delay, what I do have an issue with is that I can no longer make or receive calls / texts on my old phone. Is this standard practice these days? To cut off your old phone 3 days before the new one arrives? Surely they should start sim migration on the expected delivery date. I'm pretty annoyed at this, because I rely heavily on my phone. Anyone else had the same problem?
Phone useless after upgrade?
