Phones4you early buyout (14month contract) - Any catches?

Has anyone tried or know much about the phones4you offer to buy you out of your 18 month contract after the 14th month?

Any help would be appreciated.

It all depends on if we are allowed to give the customer cashback at the time they re-visit us.

Well, the cash back system was only recently introduced (around 6 months ago). It’s worked well for the company so far, driving profits through the roof, so I don’t see any reason why they would stop the service. However in order to ‘buy you out’ after 14 months, they would need this feature to still be active, nobody has confirmed if it will be or not so the sales person is going on his own presumption – right or wrong.
