Photo/Documents/Music Transfer

What is the best way to transfer photos from iPhoto, Documents and iTunes Libary from my Mac Pro to my MacBook. MacPro is running Leopard, the latest one right? and the MacBook is running the previous version.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

But you cant copy iPhoto Libary. Where are the pictures stored? Guess i would just export all the pictures but they would lose the cateogories.....
