Id like a few ideas on a photo editing PC (since the friend hasn't got back to me on budget as of yet) id say 500 pounds for a complete tower no OS keyboard or monitor required. Its should be photo editing/light gaming (predominantly photo editing with adobe and such.

^^ Can't find fault with that build. You could save a little bit here and there by choosing a cheaper PSU or a cheaper case but the savings would be minimal and could be detrimental to performance.

Swap motherboard if you wish to use the case's front two USB 3's.
