I want to gift some of my photos to family which I have taken, are there any good places which could turn my photos into something nice? Like a small canvas, or cool photo frame or something that looks good which can be put on a shelf/cabinet?

For Christmas of course. :)
 
Loxley!

I've used a few companies now and Loxley quality always beats everyone I've seen hands down and their CS is beyond superb :)
 
I've got a Loxley account but not ordered anything yet, looks excellent quality and always gets good feedback.

I have used DSCL and been really happy with the print quality very well priced and next day delivery.

I did try Photobox recently as I had a free 60 4x6 voucher and was very surprised, chose the matt option and its a really nice print finish, and colours are good too.
 
I used to use Photobox but I switched to Loxley, the quality is just better, I use Loxley for absolutely everything.

Also when speaking to them on the phone they are always friendly and helpful, very efficient and their ordering software is brilliant to use, especially now it's been revamped.

On the verge of ordering a large canvas from there this week actually. :)
 
I've used posterxxl a couple of times for large prints / forex board print. Just placed an order for a canvas for a friend as they've got a 40per cent discount until Saturday using xmas2013 promo code. Think it applies to everything. Just can't see if its midnight Friday or midnight Saturday the deal runs out.

I just had a number of canvas printed at http://www.canvasdezign.co.uk.
I'm happy with the quality and delivery was very quick. Good discounts available currently.

I've heard good things about loxley, but to be honest I forgot about them when I was getting this order together
