Photo led colour help

How can I get my photos to show the true colour of the leds in my setup?

I'm using a nikon d5000 and have photoshop.

Any advice would be great thanks.
 
The colours seam lighter than in person. Deep blue looks like light blue. Red looks orange rather than red. It's most noticeable directly behind the led strip, the further from the led source the closer it gets to the real colour.

It's the same if I take it on my note 4 or my slr. I've got a Dell monitor so the colour should be bang on.
 
Thanks. The blue is with the light on and the red was in the dark.

I'll take some new shots at the weekend and have a play in photoshop. Thanks for your help buddy.
