Photo Mosaic

Anybody know of an app or plug-in which will take an entire folder of thousands of images and build up a mosaic to be like another photo. ive seen some free ones online but they either dont work or are really rubbish. The purpose is to do a v.large image for canvas printing purposes.

anybody use one where they have got great results?

seems to work quite well.
Free program although I think you have to 'donate' to get very large sizes.

I use Andreamosaic, and it works very well. However the app to create the mosaic is the easy bit. Getting a decent library of relevant photos to make the mosaic was the hard bit, I found.

I ended up categorising my entire photo library and creating medium quality 640x480 jpgs of every RAW, then adding the categories to Andreamosaic depending on the subject of the mosaic.
