Photo Organiser Software?

Hi

I have a ton of photos that I now have in two formats (JPG / MP4).

What I'd like to do is organise the folder structure to make managing it, moving forward, a lot easier. So something that can create or export to a new directory structure would be good. As would a renamer.

Something that can get the location from the files would make it easier. Other than that face scanning or such like, again, would make it easier. Anything that can find clutter as well would be good. Ideally I'd like a piece of software on the PC as uploading it all would not be doable (we're talking like a 100KB upload so..)

Any recommendations? It doesn't have to be free.

its no longer updated as replaced
by google photos
but i am not interested in uploading my photos
so google picasa still works great for me
and its free anyway

otherwise probably something like acdsee
or adobe lightroom may be worth a look
