If you've got a scanner I'd suggest using that to get a higher quality file than a snap from a phone.

Agree that if you can get it to a scanner, more details can be preserved more easily.

Here's two versions I did in case they were what was desired.

Had to alter the perspective a bit and so not quite full size.

Just restoring it to the colour we see.

And adding some colour to it. They appear to be wearing Royal Air Force, so added those specific colours in. But as I don't know the persons skin-tone or hair colour, have just added atypical colours in for now.
