Photo software help

Hi there,

sorry if it's been asked before but I'm looking for some simple photo organising software that can organise my photos for me. One essential feautre is the ability to tag people in a photo like you can do with Facebook. Any recommendations?

Picasa although no tagging, but you can upload to facebook from within picasa as i do
