photo to cad?

there is a tool which find the outlines, you could take that, then invert the image colours, grayscale it, return to rgb then colourize it using the hue/saturation tool and make it look blue, then adjust the brightness and contrast.

Drawings done in CAD dont look blue, it stands for computer aided design, most CAD drawings are printed in B&W or colour on white paper on a plotter! - those "blue" things are blueprints which these days arent really blue either!

fair point but you could just not use the colourize however I dont see any suggestions from you lol :P I would be interested to know if it worked or not perhapse also trying the sketch effects.
