Photo to line art drawing

Is there away filter in PS or something similar that can take a photo of a person and turn it into a line art/drawing?

Im considering doing some personalised Christmas cards and wondering if its possible to include my mugshot on the front. I know a characturist would be the best bet but cant justify the cost so hoping doing it this way is possible.

Looking for a style similar to this if possible

Filter > Artistic > Cutout, then change the levels to alter the detail.

Copy the layer.

Filter > Stylize > Glowing Edges

Image > Adjustments > Invert

Image > Adjustments > Desaturate

Change the blending mode of that layer to Darken.

It won't be exactly like a cartoon drawing, but if you use your Dodge and Burn tools effectively you can give it a shadowy appearance.

Instead of glowing edges, I would have gone for Find edges.

You're not going to get close to that style using filters on a photograph.
