Photo Viewer... but with shortcut to open in another app (i.e Photoshop)

Hi all. Please can anyone help!?!

Just updated to Windows 11 and getting my head around some of the changes. One thing I'd really like is a photo viewer that I can quickly scroll through images using the keyboard arrow keys and then either press a shortcut key to open in another software... specifically for me Photoshop. Does such a viewer allow this? Or with a customisable icon to click (one-click) ?

The build in "Photos" app would be ok... but instead of opening "Designer online" I'd like it to open in photoshop?

Thanks chaps! Got Irfanview installed and seems to work nicely, can set a custom shortcut key to open in Photoshop. Will check the others as well but sorted cheers
