I've managed to exceed my bandwidth with Photobucket, thus my previously posted images have been replaced by a bandwidth exceed notice.

Apart from paying for the "pro" version, does anyone know of a workaround for this ?

I have another Photobucket account with a different email address but this still leaves previous posts "molested".

I had this, then all of a sudden, it seemed to reset itself & the account works again.

leave it a week or so, see what happens.

It resets after a month. I'm a pro account user. £60 for 3\4 years (i think) does not sound too bad, its finally expiring 09/08/2011. I wont be renewing it again, there is no need imo.

If I start to use imgur, I presume I'll lose all image links to things I've already posted on the forum?

Anybody know if there is a way around this?

Your images should still be hosted at photobucket?

Although there is an extension for firefox & chrome that allows 1 click rehosting with Imgur - just right click on an image, click "upload to imgur" and it copies the path to your clipboard

So, so simple

Hear, hear!

Yep, imgur is the best. And probably cheapest. Been using the subscription since they brought it out. :)

edit: and get the addon - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/imgur-uploader

On it now!

Thank you overclocker peeps for passing on the multi quote info, ahhhhhh!

If you've for example posted a popular project log, and you get a massive number of hits in that month - just pay for a 1 month Pro account, which will get your pics viewable again, and then probably next month it'll be fine, and you won't need the Pro account again.
