Photographs Question

I'm inclined to agree. By upscaling, your not going to get any more detail in the picture than what you already have*. I'm also now of the mind that sometimes the original image ( or touched up original image ) is the best one to keep for the longer term, and only resize it when you need to resize it. JPEG images are lossy formats, and the more times you go round the loop of editing and saving, the more you lose over time.

As Scuzi asks, why do you need to resize? Is it for something like a slide show on a TV ?

* Admittedly, AI enhanced upscaling is getting better such that it can interpolate may insert more detail based on its ai learning ... but be clear that the detail will not have come from the original image.
I have new 4K monitor , i just wonder the best way to improve the picture quality maybe on-line
