Assuming you meant free software
Actually any photo editing tool
That let's you use layers will do it
Theres probably ones that do it
Automatically for you
But no idea about those
In photo editor software you can vary
Transparency and other effects
Not sure what Automatically would look like
If the images weren't several shots in a row
