Sorry if in wrong place,
Looking for some advice I have my logo and then I wanted it made 3D sitting on a light reflection of a building site or some power tools or something along the lines.
I found someone on fiverr to help but there is a big language barrier. At first they said no problem but now I want changes they don't understand.

Basically just looking for how they have done it, what effect is used so I can try myself.

I have tried to find it on Google but do not know what to search.

I just have a screenshot of what they have done so far so no actual file. I'll show you below my logo and the new style so far.

The logo I use, with company name underneath

New design to be used for advertising, wanted to see what it would be like with the writing underneath like my actual logo, and also a more appropriate reflection picture

Any advice welcome
Thanks

I think the pre-eminent program for logos is Adobe Illustrator rather than Photoshop. Most logo designers work in Illustrator, and there's probably a 3D effect in that.

Anyway, I would ask support at fiverr to help, or try using Google translate. What language is it? Someone on here might be able to translate.

Otherwise, could ask for a refund from fiverr and try 99designs.com instead, which has some pretty good logo designers and it's competition based.

That looks great to me? Don’t see what the issue is.
Yes it is nice but just wanted it to match my logo txt wise also (underneath) to see what it was like so it matched my van, website, t-shirt, business cards etc etc

It's English but the person is pakistan/ but speaks broken English so it's hard to get through what I wanted.
I picked then as they were top seller in the logo section. Nothing wrong with the work at all it looks great just after a couple of changes. I'll have a look at 99 designs thanks

Well, give the guy a chance first ... maybe sketch what you want and send it as a photo.

You need to tell him the font needs to match your original. he should understand that. 'text' is what is said/written. 'font' is how it looks.
