As you can see from the below screenshot, there are some reasonably sizeable, problems with photoshop at the moment. This type of thing occurs when zooming in or out of a picture, and also when using any tool like eraser, paintbrush, clone etc. You can get it to disappear by moving the picture usually, but it comes straight back when you try to do anything else.
When you save a picture, none of the problems are there, it just makes it very hard to work on a picture.
I have no idea what causes this, because I can take a screenshot of it, it seems to be a software problem rather than a hardware problem, and all games play fine. Is there some setting I accidentally ticked or something that made this happen?
I've tried reinstalling photoshop twice, to no avail.
