Photoshop (CS3) wont load some jpeg's

Hi,

Most jpegs load fine in photoshop but a few cause an error "invalid or missing jpeg marker". The funny thing is that they load fine in Windows 7 Paint so there is nothing wrong with the files. I've tried renaming with no joy.

open image in paint. select all, copy to clipboard, paste into PS and save. if it's only a few files, that shouldn't be too much hassle.
