Thanks for clarifying that mate. Exactly my point.In all honesty if it wasn't free then since I paid enough for my camera I wouldn't have either for now until I got more experience with my camera.
Why raise the issue of superiority?get rid of cs3 and stick to ms paint, its by far the best editing programe ever made!

The Digital Photography Books teaches something new on every page. By this I mean they are designed so you can pick one up, flick to any page and its a chapter in itself. Its a great book for if you are on the train or only have 10 minutes here or there. Highly recommended!

on a serious note, cheek david's tutorials out, if you can stand his accent there pretty good and i've lernt a lot from them.
