random issue i can't understand what's causing it and how to fix the issue.
randomly sometimes i'll load photoshop and i only get the hand icon but can't select anything, i can chage my mouse is selected to do but still it wont let me do anything. sometimes restarting photoshop will fix the issue but often a whole restart of the pc is the only solution to get it back to normal.
i normally don't mind doing a restart but when in the middle of work it's sometimes the last thing i want to do as i'll lose everything i have open.
anyone else get this problem and know of a better solution or even how to stop it from happening again the future?
os is win7 64
