Earlier today i built a pc for use at work because i was having problems on using the lasso tool on an older pc ... and it was sloooooooow as hell!
When i try to use the lasso tool, if im not really quick, the screen seems to jump/blink and the lasso tool thinks im finished then joins the end
I've never had this problem on my home pc and am a little confused why it keeps happening on this pc:
Asus M4A78, Phenom 9950, 4gb Ram, Samsung F3, Geforce 7300 GS and Windows 7 x64
I've read online that it is to do with not having enough memory
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
