Any nvidia card that supports cuda and over 512mb of vram iirc.

Works fine with my 260gtx, anything that used to take a few seconds to "render" filter wise on cs4 is on the fly instant with cs5.

CUDA is only used in Premiere, and the rest of the suite only uses GPU acceleration to a limited degree.
