Photoshop favour needed

Hi folks :)

This isn't a GD style photoshop request, but a simple job / favour I need doing which I believe photoshop has a tool for. But I don't own it and I wouldn't know how to do it.

I don't know the name of the trick but it effectively adds photographic images which don't exist to an environment. For example, filling in backgrounds after removing unwanted elements from the image.

I have a picture which just has a bit of white, but would like the background to be filled in to match.

If anyone could help me I'd be eternally grateful. As a thankyou I have a steam code for a racing game you could have (I have a couple from a humble bundle so I'd give you a choice)

I won't post the image right now, I don't want a 'shop' thread' :)
 
I had to rotate the pic slightly so it was straight, but it meant the top is missing on the right, as you can see. Just want the background to be added so it's complete. Doesn't even need to match too well. Just something other than the white.

I'll probably use the first one (I honestly can't see that either is better / worse) because it's a png so is therefore uncompressed (is this even correct?)
