Photoshop font request

Heyyyy all.

Just a request for a friend of mine:

He'd like the 'Sea Of Treachery' font (not sure of the name of the actual font) to say 'Count Your Lies' in white, with a black background. As well as black font with a white background. Is that possible?

I'd appreciate any help guys

It won't be a font thats been used (or its going to be completely custom font) most likely. So it will be hard to just replicate the exact look without making it from scratch.

Maybe I'm wrong and someone will come along with it finished though.
