Photoshop help for Apple podcast promotion

Hi All,

the mrs has made a podcast and in order to get it onto Apples store they have very specific requirements for the image.

neither of us have a clue how to use photoshop so am hoping someone can help us out.

we obviously have the image already. And these are apples requirements

If someone could help i will send you the image over?
