Ok in the options filter/texture/texturizer. I have run across a problem.

I am would like to use the texturizer texture Brick. But for some reason photoshop does not allow Scaling past 200%. Does anyone know of a way to bypass this.

Thanks for any help.

You could always re-size the layer using free transform, obviously there will be some quality loss but it might be acceptable or even repairable.

Sadly I lose way to much quality doing it this way due to the amount would have to scale it. The max scale on photoshop texturize is 200% I need about 1000% at least.

I can't think of another way around it off the top of my head.

You could however create your own with a stock image of bricks and messing about with the levels, it should be fairly simple the hardest part would be making it repeat if need be.

Although using a texture for brick might be a simple solution, don't do it. Create your own using a pattern, that way you can scale it any size you want. Here is a tutorial (and also a good way to learn some of the tools).
