Photoshop help required

A friend of mine runs his own business and has a site with this logo as his banner.

Now he is getting a couple of vans and wants the banner made in to a vinyl for sticking on the side of vans, but he doesn't want the NLINE bit on the vinyl's.

So he wants the whole banner including the big O as that is part of his logo, but not the "NLINE" part if that makes any sense.

I have been messing with it for ages, but can't get it right without messing up the rest of the banner

Any help please?

if it were for just some web image that would be cool, but it is to go on the side of vans and will be fairly blown up, so is no good am affraid....thanks thought

The quality of that banner is pretty poor even for a web site. It will look crap once its blown up.
