Right, I've got a few photos need could do with cropping and sorting. I am not very good with photoshop and some of the photos, the lighting is poo. Can anyone help out?

Do you want help so you can do it? Or do you want someone else to do it for you?
Cropping isn't difficult, Press C, draw a box, which you can adjust at the corners, and press enter to finish cropping.
Lighting can be adjusted by going to Image -> Adjustments, then playing around with Brightness/Contrast, or using the Shadow/Highlight in the list but in careful moderation to maintain the image quality.
