I've followed a tutorial and found a neat way to create indentations to seperate my navigation links. However I've changed colour scheme and now need to change the indents to suit, problem is I the indent is two 1px lines side by side, one lighter than the other. I cannot find a way to basically seperate them so I can fix their colouring at all and its driving me mental!

Any ideas?

I have it set as a layer called dividers with a mask to tighter them up a bit

Zoom right in.

Rectangular marquee tool (M) to select the 1px width divider and modify as appropriate?

cheers dude was doing it okay there actually with the pencil tool but for some reason its deciding it doesnt want to function now, will give your method a shot!

Well once you've selected you could use shift+f5 to fill. You need to pre-set your foreground colour though if you want others besides grey/black/white.

Yeah all sorted with the pencil method cheers mate, I've no idea what was going on, for some reason the foreground colour was having banter with grayscale for something and giggles

another stupid question if I may, I am doing some content boxes and I've decided to do a long one across the width of the page, changing the previous one which was only around a third of the page. How do I stretch it out without causing havoc to the pattern I applied to it and messing up the corners? I just want to increase the rectangles length, not mess with the pattern or corners
