Just in case he is serious...

There's no such feature in photoshop. There isn't enough data in a profile shot to be able to create a front-on shot, or vice versa. Don't know where you heard that you could.

as above the perspective difference would make it impossible by hand so cant see any plug-in etc being able to do it
just take another picture lol
