Hey,

I hope you guys can help me out, i've built my own PC before, but that was for a Gaming PC.

I want to build 4 PC's, their sole use will be for using Photoshop and other image manipulation software.

How important is a graphics card for Photoshop CC?
Will choosing SSD over a traditional hard-drive make a big difference?

My Budget for each PC is £600-800

Can you give me some sample builds?

I don't need a monitor, keyboard, mouse or O.S.

Thanks folks.

Good evening,

GPU isn't that important for PS, but a cheap one for around £100 will give you the best performance

SSD makes a big difference indeed, I would get both SSD and HDD of course. The former for OS and programs you will use regularly. HDD for storage of other files.

SSD is very useful for Photoshop to use as the scratch disk if you're working on large files.

It may even be beneficial to have a separate SSD for the scratch disk due to the write load.
