Photoshop Question

Hey all,

When I am doing text, how do I get it so that there is a sort of highlight of the text, like there is a background to the text, a 1pixel thick border to the text.

The same thing that is in my sig. I am doing it manually at the moment and was wondering if there is an automatic tool?

Ctrl-Click the layer with your text on it, then go to Edit>Stroke and set it to Inside and 1px. Choose whatever colour you want. Then click OK.
