Unfortunate the beetle suffers from major drag and uplift at high speeds, when racing anything over 70mph the front end becomes light and its a result of the front arches acting like parachutes, made worse by my oversized front arches.

The rear side vents is an aid to cool the engine more when under hard power.

It no longer has the 1914 in it, It has a stock 1300 now as I bent a valve, however I have a type 4 /Porsche 912 Engine going in january

I had a 67 many moons ago. I won best engine and best interior at the very first VolksWorld show! Now I sadly have no money to play with them due to wife/mortgage and drive an Astra Estate, lol.
